The studio is a beautiful sunlight-filled loft. The space is approximately 1,500 sq ft, has 14-foot ceilings, and 26 windows. The studio is located within the Winsmith Mill at 61 Endicott St, Norwood, MA 02062. There is ample free parking onsite for you and your clients.
The studio works well for a variety of uses, however we do not allow parties, DJs, or loud music. We’re located within an office building full of other small businesses and artists.
This is a working photography studio and is provided “As-Is.” Contact us to discuss the specific needs for your rental.

If you need more consistent studio space, we also offer a flexible month-to-month sublease at a much less expensive rate, and we’d be happy to discuss that too.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the rental start time and will receive a full refund.
Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the rental start time and receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the rental start time are nonrefundable.
Host Rules
There is a 2-hour minimum rental requirement.
Furniture and decorations may be moved, but MUST be moved back to where you found it.
Nudity is allowed, but everyone inside of the studio must be 18+
No smoking in the building, or near any of the entrances.
Setup and cleanup needs to occur during your rental time.
Furniture
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking time.
No parties, DJ or loud music allowed.
If rental ends at 6PM or after, front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use lock box and key code provided.
